Why BMS?

BMS believes that outsourcing internal fringe benefit administration to a third party, even if it's not us, saves money. Many government contractors pay the fringe benefit portion of the prevailing wage as additional cash wages, believing it's the easiest way to comply with the law. However, choosing an administrator maximizes the benefits received by employees and minimizes the overall cost per employee per hour worked.

Started by a team of experienced HR specialists and an accountant, we've seen these savings in action. BMS was formed to provide government employers and their employees with a simple alternative to the hassles that come from the constraints of government contract compliance, cost containment, multiple jobsites, etc. Our goal was to leverage our experience to create a program that is simple to administer, rich in benefits, and fully compliant with the Service Contract Act. While we certainly take pride in our expertise in best practices, what makes us special is that we also incorporate customized technology solutions through our Allocator web application to streamline accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly data. Allocator is the BMS.works signature web-based software. It's been a work in process since the Company's managing member recognized the need to eliminate frequently occurring inaccuracies in accounting for many types of employees with many different needs.
